Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday only and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a weekday are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after that time, or on a weekend, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using insulated cold-chain materials and leave our facility Monday through Thursday only, so they are never held in transit over a weekend.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send you an automated shipping confirmation email that includes a direct tracking link and the name of the carrier handling your delivery.

Should you not receive a tracking number or see any tracking activity within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate promptly.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed so that dispatch stays fast.

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for an immediate full refund or free replacement.
